Neil P. Brown
Neil P. Brown, CFA, is a managing director and equity research analyst. He joined Jennison in November 2005 after working on the North American Oil and Gas Exploration and Production team as an equity research associate/analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Neil worked at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette as a research associate covering the Exploration and Production sector. He also worked as an analyst in Metropolitan Life Insurance Company's Institutional Finance department. Neil received a B.A. in mathematics and history from Duke University and is a member of the New York Society of SecurityAnalysts.

Mark G. DeFranco

Mark G. DeFranco
Mark G. DeFranco is managing director and Opportunistic Equity portfolio manager. As part of his portfolio management responsibilities, he researches many areas, including financial services, specialty chemicals, natural resources, and generalist opportunities. Mark joined Jennison Associates in December 1998. Before joining Jennison, he was a precious metals equity analyst and portfolio manager at Pomboy Capital. Mark also spent six years as a research analyst at Comstock Partners, responsible for following value equity securities as well as fixed income investments. Mark was also a member of the equity research sales division of Salomon Brothers. Mark graduated with an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and received a B.A. in economics from Bates College. Barron's magazine named Mark as one of the top 100 mutual fund managers in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Michael Del Balso

Michael Del Balso
Michael Del Balso is managing director, director of research for Growth Equity, and Large Cap Growth equity portfolio manager. He joined Jennison Associates in 1972 as a research analyst, and has been director of research for growth equity since 1994. He became a portfolio manager in 1999. Michael joined Jennison after four years at White, Weld & Company where he was a vice president, and followed growth companies with emphasis on the consumer area. He is a graduate of Yale University and received an M.B.A. from Columbia University. Michael is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Brian M. Gillott

Brian M. Gillott
Brian M. Gillott is managing director and Opportunistic Equity portfolio manager. Brian joined Jennison Associates in 1998. As part of his portfolio management responsibilities, Brian researches many areas, including industrials, media, aerospace, basic materials, and various generalist opportunities. He joined Jennison Associates in September 1998 from Soros Fund Management where he was an equity analyst following a variety of industries for the company's global hedge fund, seeking both long and short ideas. Prior to Soros Fund, Brian was an analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Private Client Asset Management Group. He received a B.S. with honors from Penn State University, during which time he worked at Trinity Investment Management as a financial analyst. Barron's magazine named Brian as one of the top 100 mutual fund managers in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Warren Koontz, Jr.

Warren Koontz, Jr., CFA, is Managing Director & Portfolio Manager, and Head of Large Cap Value Equity. Warren joined Jennison Associates in September 2014. Prior to joining Jennison, Warren was a portfolio manager at Loomis, Sayles & Company for diversified and concentrated value strategies. Prior to joining Loomis Sayles in 1995, Warren was a senior portfolio manager at Comerica Bank. He also worked for three years as chief investment officer for The Jeffrey Company, a private investment firm. He began his investment career in 1984 at the Public Employees' Retirement System of Ohio as a securities analyst and later became an assistant investment officer. Warren earned Bachelor of Science in finance and Master of Business Administration degrees from The Ohio State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Kathleen A. McCarragher

Kathleen A. McCarraghe
Kathleen A. McCarragher is a managing director, head of growth equity, and Large Cap Growth Equity portfolio manager. She joined Jennison Associates as an executive vice president and portfolio manager in May 1998, and was appointed head of growth equity in 2003. Prior to Jennison, Kathleen spent six years with Weiss, Peck & Greer where she was a managing director and the director of large cap growth equities. In addition, she spent 10 years with State Street Research and Management Company, initially as a research analyst responsible for healthcare, transports, and financials, and then as a portfolio manager and member of the Investment Committee. Kathleen graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin with a B.B.A. and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Appalachian Mountain Club and the Board of Trustees for The Gateway School.

Jason McManus

Jason McManus
Jason McManus is a Managing Director and Quantitative Portfolio Manager. He joined Jennison Associates in July 1997. Since August 2006, he has been working in Jennison's Custom Solutions Group managing quantitative portfolios and custom solutions for clients.  From 2003 to 2006, he was part of Jennison's Applied Research team focusing on quantitative research projects and portfolio analytics. Prior to 2003, he worked as a research associate on Jennison's international equity team. Jason received a B.S. in economics and computer science from the University at Albany and received his M.B.A. in quantitative finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.

John P. Mullman, CFA
John P. Mullman, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), is a managing director of Jennison, which he joined in August 2000. Prior to Jennison, Mr. Mullman was with Prudential, which he joined in 1987 as an associate in the corporate finance group, where he originated a variety of private placement investments, including fixed rate debt securities, leverage buyouts, ESOP financings, and asset-backed investments. From 1991 to 1995, he served as a vice president in Prudential's financial restructuring group, where he managed a $500 million portfolio of privately placed debt and equity securities in financially troubled or over-leveraged companies. Mr. Mullman has been managing institutional small-cap portfolios since 1996. He received his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross in 1982 and his M.B.A. from Yale University in 1987. He is a member of The New York Society of Security Analysts, Inc.

Sheetal Prasad, CFA, is a managing director, small cap core portfolio manager, and an equity research analyst. She joined Jennison Associates in October 2007 and was named co-portfolio manager of small cap portfolios in January 2016. Prior to Jennison, Ms. Prasad was a small and midcap health care equity research analyst at DWS Scudder Investments, a division of Deutsche Bank. She began her equity research career in 2000 as an associate at Bear, Stearns & Co., where she worked with the medical device research team. She received a BS in biology from Georgetown University. She is a member of The New York Society of Security Analysts and CFA Institute.

John "Jay" Saunders is a managing director and equity research analyst. He joined Jennison in October 2005 after working for the Global Oil team as a vice president at Deutche Bank Securities, where he covered North American integrated oils, independent refiners and exploration & production companies. From 1997 to 2000, Jay worked at the Energy Intelligence Group, becoming managing editor for the Oil Market Intelligence newsletter, reporting on a broad range of energy topics. Jay was also with Hart Publications, Inc./The Oil Daily Co., where he was an associate editor responsible for oil-related publications. Jay received a B.A. from the College of William and Mary and a masters in print journalism from American University. He was ranked as the number 1 refiners analyst by Zach's Investment Research in 2005.

Jason Swiatek

Jason Swiatek
Jason M. Swiatek, CFA, is a managing director and a small and smid cap equity portfolio manager. Jason co-manages the Prudential Jennison Small Company Fund, Inc. and the Prudential Jennison Blend Fund, Inc. Jason joined Jennison Associates in August 2000 when Prudential’s public equity asset management capabilities merged into Jennison. He was named co-manager of small cap portfolios in September 2005 and co-manager of smid cap portfolios in November 2013. Jason joined Prudential in 1995 as a financial reviewer for the asset management group. In 1996, he moved to Prudential’s global growth equities team before joining the small cap equity team in January 1999. Prior to Prudential, Jason worked at Munistat/PFA, Inc. and the Center for Entrepreneurship. Jason received a BS, summa cum laude, in finance from Canisius College. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and CFA Institute.
